The location and the friendliness of the staff. I definitely liked the size of the room and the way the bedroom was separated from the bathroom and the main door via corridor.
The smell in the room, a bit not that clean and oldish.

The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of the city. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.
The hotel was old and dated. The shower was tiny and uncomfortable, water sprayed everywhere.

We loved the central location of the hotel, effectively situated close to the bus station and the town centre. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who spoke a good level of English. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were spot on with us with a relaxing experience.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely. They were friendly, pleasant, and always went out of their way to assist us. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was close to the bus station and not far from the city centre. the room and the bathroom were clean, but looked outdated, the air conditioning worked just fine. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. Unfortunately, the view from the room window was not nice.
The shower cubicle was tiny and uncomfortable to use.
